By browsing or purchasing from Grizaah Entertainment you agree to these terms. All instrumentals hosted on this platform are the intellectual property of Grizaah Mix unless a written agreement states otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload a beat as a standalone product. Accounts used for fraudulent activity or for redistributing catalogue material may be suspended without notice.

We collect only what is required to run your account: your username, email address, and the beats you view or purchase. This data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

Guests can browse the full catalogue without an account; in guest mode we do not store any history or favourites. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

Free beats may be used for non-profit demos and practice, with mandatory credit to "Prod. Grizaah Mix" in the title or description.

Premium beats include commercial usage rights for the platforms specified at checkout. Exclusive rights transfer only when explicitly purchased and confirmed in writing.

Because beats are delivered as digital files, all sales are final once download or delivery access has been granted.

If a file is corrupted, the wrong beat was delivered, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will re-deliver the correct file or issue a full refund.
